If you are interested in reserving our 14 passenger van or if you need to be picked up off Staten Island, please read the following:

It is company policy to have all van calls and off island pick ups secured with a credit card before the time of pickup. Credit card processing companies require all credit card charges be signed by the cardholder.  Therefore, we require the authorization form attached here to be filled out and returned to us before we can confirm these reservations.  
 

We will not charge any credit cards until the day of the trip.  In the event you choose to pay by cash or another method, we only use the credit card to hold the reservation.  All van calls are subject to availability and are booked on a first come, first serve basis, according to when we receive the completed authorization.  Upon receiving the form, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the details of your trip.   If your desired vehicle is not available, we will then offer you alternative or multi-vehicle solutions to suit your travel needs. 

If your trip involves a return trip at a later date or time, please complete multiple authorization forms to reflect these details.  For all airport pick ups, please include all pertinent flight information, including expected arrival times, as well as the airline name and flight number in the pickup and/or special instructions section of the authorization form.

The following are answers to some frequently asked questions about our van and off island pick up procedures:

The large van holds 14 passengers max or up to 10 passengers with luggage.  The minivan holds 6 passengers max, 4 with luggage.  Sedans hold 4 passengers, with or without luggage.  Please plan and complete the authorization form accordingly.

We offer (2) front facing child seats and (2) booster seats, available upon request.  You may request these in the "special instructions" section of the authorization form and they are provided free of charge.

All rates are determined according to vehicle size, zone and any applicable wait times.  We do not charge different rates based on the number of people traveling.  Whether you are traveling with a party of 2, 6 or 10, if you require the large van, the rate does not change.  Please see the authorization form for wait time policies.  Please click here for our frequently used rates.

If your destination is not listed on our attached sheet, please use our Contact Us Page to request a specific rate.

Please understand that we cannot confirm any van and/or off island pick ups by taking credit cards over the phone.  This is for your security as well as ours. If you do not have access to a fax machine or an email with scanning capabilities, you may complete the form, snap a picture with a smartphone and attach it to an email through your phone.   If you do not have access to any of these, please click here to be redirected to our HomePage and click the yellow "Pay Now" button, towards the top of the page, to access our PayPal credit card feature.  In the event you use the PayPal feature, please include all trip information in the "special instructions" section at the bottom of of the PayPal form.  Please note: You are not required to have your own paypal account to use this feature.  Towards the middle of the paypal page, there is an option titled "Don't have a PayPal account?", which acts as a normal credit card processing feature.
